3. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Where applicable, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content and software are owned by the company or its licensors. You retain rights to content you create, subject to the licenses you grant for processing.

6. Third‑Party Platform Compliance & User Responsibility

IMPORTANT: This service enables automation and engagement with third-party platforms including Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for:

• Compliance with all third-party platform Terms of Service - Including but not limited to Reddit's API Terms, User Agreement, and Platform Rules
• Your own account security and standing - We are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions
• How you use automation features - Auto-DM and automated posting features carry inherent risks of platform violations
• Understanding platform-specific rules - Each platform has different policies on automation, messaging, and promotional content
• Creating and managing your own OAuth applications - You create your own Reddit/platform apps and are responsible for their use

7. Third‑Party Service Integrations

We integrate third‑party services (e.g., AI APIs, social platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply when used. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or policy changes.

8. GDPR/EEA

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We act as controller for account and platform data. We rely on applicable legal bases (contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligation) and apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We make no warranties about compliance with third-party platform policies or the suitability of automation features for your specific use case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to losses from account suspensions, platform bans, lost business opportunities, or violations of third-party terms of service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DVH Nexus/HustleGrow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including your use of automation features and any violations of third-party platform policies.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where DVH Nexus/HustleGrow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
